Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, equipment, and material to include delivery, and training of Brand Name OR EQUAL Neuro Resource Group Inter IX 1000 Dual Kits and accessories as described in the attached SOLICITATION. ALL VENDORS MUST SUBMIT A COMPLETED SOLICITATION WITH ATTACHMENT 1 OF THE SOLICITATION COMPLETED. VENDORS MUST SUPPLY THEIR CAGE CODE SO THE GOVERNMENT CAN REVIEW PAST PERFORMANCE.
