Description
The supplier of requested services shall possess and maintain the following: parts, supplies, technical support, personnel, and experience as part of their organization: a. Parts supplies. The supplier shall stock all parts to fully rehabilitate and recalibrate a Woodward Governor Company Cabinet Actuator, governor pumps, and all controls with in-house inventory. On-the-shelf items shall consist of, at a minimum: at least two complete Woodward OEM XX herringbone 350 psi gear pumps, Woodward XX herringbone gear pump rebuild kits, and duplex electric pump pilot replacement kits to include the following parts: two unloader solenoid valves, two unloader adapter plates, four unloader pressure switches with mounting plates, four unloader timing valves, one control enclosure with electrical accessories, four timing relays, two alarm outputs, and all tubing and fittings. b. Technical support. The supplier shall have a sales department and a standard parts inventory for all consumable parts of a Woodward Cabinet Actuator and XX pumps. The supplier shall have field assessment capabilities and maintenance and fabrication shops able to evaluate and service all Woodward Cabinet Actuator components to include Woodward XX pumps, distributing valves, and all components contained in the Woodward Cabinet Actuators. The supplier shall have reproduced or be able to reproduce any and all parts of a Woodward XX pump. The supplier shall also have field disassembly and reassembly and testing capabilities for all systems and components of Woodward Cabinet Actuators. c. Personnel. The supplier shall have the following minimum in-house permanent employees as follows: one (1) sales manager in charge of parts inventory, purchasing, and delivery, one (1) engineering services support governor expert with Woodward Governor Company OEM design and manufacturing experience, one (1) field disassembly, inspection, and reassembly technician for Woodward Cabinet Actuators, particularly XX pumps and distributing valves, one (1) on-call nation-wide field support assessment technician, and one (1) governor expert providing start-up, tuning, calibration, and testing services of rehabilitated Woodward Cabinet Actuators. d. Experience. Supplier must be capable of providing a minimum of ten customer references with complete contact information for Woodward XX pump overhaul and/or pump unloader conversion services that have been completed within the last five calendar years. Supplier must be capable of providing a minimum of ten customer references for relevant projects performed on Woodward hydroelectric governor systems within the last ten calendar years.
