This is sources sought announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified potential offerors. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government is not obligated to nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought synopsis request. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Government will in no way be bound to this information if any solicitation is issued. THIS IS NOT THE COMPLETE DESCRIPTION LIST: Sources Sought - Mobile Mammography Coach Driver Services The VA Mid-Atlantic Healthcare Network (VISN 6) is seeking sources for mobile mammography coach driver services on contract. The VISN 6 mobile mammography coach will serve the following sites: (V06) (558GA) Greenville, NC (V06) (565GA) Jacksonville, NC (V06) (565GC) Wilmington, NC (V06) (659BY) Winston-Salem, NC (V06) (659GA) Charlotte, NC (V06) (590GB) Norfolk/Virginia Beach, VA The number of rotations between sites on an annual basis is anticipated to include no less than 12 and no more than 15 moves. VISN 6 reserves the option to increase the number of sites and rotations; VISN 6 geographically includes NC, VA, and Southeastern WV. Any vendor response should include services provided by a driver who meets all qualifications and licensing standards to operate a Heavy-duty Freightliner Commercial Chassis - not an RV-type. The applicable NAICS Code is 488490 with a size standard of $7.0 Million. Responses to this sources sought notice should include the following: name and address of company; business size (large or small); identify whether or not firm falls into any of the following socioeconomic categories - 8(a), HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned, Veteran Owned Small Business, Small Business, etc.; Also include your GSA Schedule information if applicable, and a brief capability statement of qualifications and any other pertinent information, which demonstrates ability to meet the above requirement.
