Description
AFMC FORM 158 DD FORM 1653 SOLICITATION This is a notice of intent that WR-ACLC anticipates issuing a Firm Fixed Price contract/Purchase Order for the initial quantity of two (2) each for the following NSN: 6625-01-386-8852RN, P/N: 5790A/AF03OPT, Voltage Stand with an Option quantity of one (1) each. The end item for this equipment is in support of TMDE. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intesds to solicit and negotiate with only one source Fluke Electronic Corporation (Cage Code: 4U744). However, Interested Party or Person(s) may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal(s) or offer. This notice of intent is not a requiest for competitive proposals. All proposal recieved within the 30 days after issuance of solication, or 30 days after the publication date of this synopsis will be considered. OMBUDSMAN: All potential offersor(s) should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional infomation and/or to communicate concerns, if any concerning this acquisition. If the contracting officer does not satisfy our concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government peronnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selections process. When appropriate, potential offeror(s) may contact Ombudsman Kim McDonald at (478) 222-1098.
