- Request for Information (Sources Sought) for Business Application Benchmarking This is a Request for Information (RFI). The OCC is seeking information on companies that can provide independent benchmarking based consultative support to develop a benchmark, assessment and recommendation roadmap for the IT business applications in its portfolio. For the purposes of this RFI, the OCC would like to see market and cost information from vendors who can provide comprehensive benchmarking data on IT business applications. Responses should show how companies would utilize the data to assist the OCC in determining where their business applications stand in comparison to their peers, and industry leaders; provide an analysis of the business applications and provide alternatives, both technical and process-oriented, to improve the overall efficiency, supportability and operations of the business applications. For detailed information, please carefully read the attached document titled, RFI - OCC Business Application Benchmarking and respond to the RFI accordingly no later than February 17, 2014 by 10:00 AM, Eastern Time. Questions and comments on this RFI must be submitted via email to the POC no later than February 12, 2014, 10:00 AM, Eastern Time. Respondents must cross-reference their questions and comments to the relevant section and page number(s) in this RFI document. All correspondence must be via email; no phone calls will be accepted or returned. No solicitation is being issued at this time and the Government makes no assertion that a solicitation will be issued. The Government is not obligated to, and will not pay for, any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.
