Description

In accordance with the Veterans First Contracting Program and the Authority under 38 USC 8127-8128 (Sections 502 and 503 of Public Law (P.L.) 109-461), FAR Part 6.302-5(b) (6), and VAAR 819.7008, (b) (c). The Government intends to negotiate a sole source service contract to a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) for Project #549-14-2-4028-0007, located at Department of Veterans Affairs; Dallas VA - North Texas Veteran Healthcare System (NCO-17 ); 4500 S. Lancaster Rd, Dallas Texas 75216-3400. Services for a base and four option years Healthcare Data Base Subscription is estimated between $150,000.00 and $525,000.00. This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment or an obligation by the government. This notice is not a request for offers, quotes or proposals. The government intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Cox Subscription Inc. as a VOSB concern.
