- SOLICITATION SPE4A7-14-R-1289 is being resolicited. The solicitation will be available on or around February 12, 2014 to March 18, 2014. NSN 1670-01-330-3282, Solicitation SPE4A7-14-R-1289-0002, PR 1000016173. This proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract is for a Rip Cord, Parachute. The procurement item description cites IAW US ARMY NATICK SOLDIER CENTER, CAGE 81337, DWG 11-1-3524 REV "G" AND APPLICABLE SUPPORTS, P/N 11-1-3524. QPL-6645 applies. This procurement is Unrestricted, other than full and open competition; Must be a QPL 6645 source for NSN 1670-01-330-3282. The solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity contract for a base year and four option years. Estimated Annual Demand for the base year and each option year is 669 each. There is a guaranteed minimum of 167 each for the base year only. This procurement is FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Surge is not required. Item is life support equipment. Configuration Control applies. This is a Critical Application Item (CAI). This is not a Critical Safety Item. Government First Article and Government Production Lot testing are required.
