- FBO Posting Combined Synopsis/Solicitation BEP-RFQ-RFQ-14-0405 Post for 5 Days This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is located in Washington, DC. The BEP manufactures US Currency Bank Notes. All Offerors shall be authorized Quantum Resellers and include their certificate with their quote. Only qualified Offerors may submit responses. This RFQ is a small business set aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423430. The FAR clauses contained herein apply to the solicitation. Only the FAR clauses matching the awardee's Small Business Program and Type of representation applies to this award. This is a Firm Fixed-Price Contract. The period of performance is 12 months.
