Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division, Panama City, FL (NSWC PCD), Code E31 intends to award sole source firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to Technology Advancement Group (TAG), Inc. 22355 tag way, Dulles, VA 20166-9310 for two (2) Rugged Embedded Computer Unit, P/N 1010116. This purchase is unsuitable for full and open competition for the following reasons. TAG is the only vendor that can provide a unit that meets all the salient characteristics for use in the LCAC C4N system at a competitive price point. Anticipated award date will be on or about 10 Feb, 2014. Delivery will be to the Receiving Office, NSWC PCD, 110 Vernon Ave, Panama City, FL 32407-7001. NAICS Code 334111 applies. SBA Size Standard is 1000 Employees. FSC is 6605. The Department of Defense will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database.
