- USDA Forest Service Human Resources Management (HRM) The US Forest Services, Washington Office (WO) Acquisition Management (AQM), Information Technology (IT) Support Branch is conducting a market analysis with this RFI in support of the Human Research Management (HRM) Office is seeking information from interested contractors. The responses hopefully will provide HRM the ability to refine the requirement and determine the most suitable approach for acquiring and fulfilling the needs for commercial grade multifunction copiers to support the USFS HRM office located in Albuquerque New Mexico. In addition the RFI is to determine if there are large and small businesses, small disadvantaged business, and service disabled veteran businesses that can provide this kind of equipment.
