Description

VA69D-12-R-1451 REFERENCE LABORATORY TESTING SERVICES - VISN 12 VA The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC), on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 12, is seeking offers to provide Reference Laboratory Testing Services. The period of performance shall be for a base year period with four, one-year option periods to renew at the discretion of the government. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item, firm-fixed (unit) price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite- quantity contract to the lowest priced, technically acceptable responsible offeror, whose proposal conforms to all stated terms, conditions, representations, certifications, and any other information required by this solicitation. This procurement is unrestricted. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 621511 is $30 million. All vendors who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide a proposal. Offerors are reminded to provide a complete proposal as required by FAR 52.212-1 and addendum, as well as, complete the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items of the solicitation at FAR 52.212-3 and/or online through www.sam.gov. Electronic versions of the solicitation will be available February 3, 2014 and may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.fedbizopps.gov, select "Find Business Opportunities" and enter the solicitation number. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at this URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments. Questions to this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer no later than 1:00PM Central Time, February 12, 2014 to the following email address: becky.cincotta@va.gov. No other form of communication will be accepted.
