Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: FL City: FT. MYERS Delineated Area: NORTH: DR. MARTIN LUTHER MARTIN KING BLVD./HIGHWAY82; SOUTH: DANIELS PARKWAY SOUTH/STATE ROAD; WEST: SUMMERLIN ROAD/HIGHWAY 869; EAST: INTERSTATE 75 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 20,928 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 20,928 Space Type: OFFICE Parking Spaces (Total): 112 Parking Spaces (Surface): 112 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: 0 Additional Req uirements: Space must meet or be adapted to meet agency specific requirements. Offered space must allow for an effective and efficient layout. Space should be able to accommodate a layout on no more than a single floor plate. If a building of 2 stories is offered, 6,000 square feet is required on 1 st floor with a separate access (including elevators). If more than a 2 story building is offered, the 1 st floor requirement remains and the remaining offered space shall be no less than 3,500 contiguous square feet on any floor plate to then add up to the total maximum square footage required. The building must have a loading area to accommodate receipt and pickup of pallet size loads. The truck loading /unloading area can be at the same grade as the space offered. The space must be able to accommodate two separate entrances. Offered space will require two reserved parking spaces at the site. Parking for fifty (50) employees and sixty (60) visitors must be available for free or at reasonable commercial rates within ¼ of a mile walking distance from the offered space. Public transportation (bus or light rail) must be available within 1500 linear feet of the space offered. Other requirements apply and will be addressed in the Request for Lease Proposals and Lease. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
