- SOLICITATION: SPE4A6-14-R-1140; NSN 6680-01-114-7623; PR: 1000016432; ITEM: Transmitter, Liquid Quantity; IAW Drawing 19207 12307555 dated 12/28/1992, Part Piece Number 12307555. FOB is at Origin, Inspection and Acceptance will take place at Origin. Required delivery is 138 days ADO. Contractor First Article/Preproduction Approval is required. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program. Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website (http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/). This NSN is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on a Other Than Full and Open Competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ), which is 324 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option periods. The guaranteed minimum quantity for this solicitation is 81 each for the base year only. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is February 18, 2014. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: http://www.dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
