- Provision Sheet Price Sheet Statement of Work Combined Syopsis/Solicitation FA7000-14-T-0011 SEE ATTACHED FILES FOR FULL COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION, FA7000-14-T-0011. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation/RFQ until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation/RFQ, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposal. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation/RFQ, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) document Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written (formal) solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA7000-14-T-0011 for Hatchery Fish Stocking at the US Air Force Academy (USAFA) is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-72 effective 1 Jan 2014. All applicable provisions and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued. This acquisition is unclassified. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 112511, and the small business size standard is $0.75 million. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract for this requirement. Please read and comply with all requirements for submitting a quote. Failure to comply with all instructions contained within this combined synopsis/solicitation could result in the quote being ineligible for award. It is the Offeror's responsibility to ensure their quote meets all the requirements identified herein. The USAFA, 10 CES/CECN, has a requirement for the annual supply and delivery of 13,700 pounds of whirling disease negative hatchery raised 9-inch to 11-inch rainbow trout for recreational fishing lakes on the US Air Force Academy and Farish Recreation Area in accordance with the attached Statement of Work, one base year plus two option years. The period of performance is from 15 March 2014 through 14 March 2017 with two (2) one year option periods. See the Statement of Work (Attachment 1) for specific details. There are six (6) CLINs. CLINs 0001, 0002, 1001, 1002, 2001, and 2002. (USAFA lakes) CLINs 0001, 1001, and 2001; Provide six (6) deliveries each of 1450 pounds (totaling 8700 pounds) of whirling disease negative, 9-inch to 11-inch rainbow trout to be divided among the five (5) fishing lakes on USAFA. Deliveries will occur between March and October, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Delivery is to be made FOB destination. (Farish Lakes) CLINs 0002, 1002, and 2002; Provide five (5) deliveries each of 1000 pounds (totaling 5000 pounds) of whirling disease negative, 9-inch to 11-inch rainbow trout to be divided among the three (3) fishing lakes at Farish Recreation Area. Deliveries will occur between April and October, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Delivery is to be made FOB destination. Please use the attached pricing sheet (Attachment 2) when submitting quotations. Provide a price quote per delivery for each CLIN, the extended Item price, and the total price for all CLINs. Quotations must be received NLT 1:00PM local time, February 20, 2014, by e-mail to aaron.vollbracht@us.af.mil, copied to carol.mohr@us.af.mil, FAX 719-333-6608, OR mail to: Mr. Aaron Vollbracht, 10 CONS/LGCA, 8110 Industrial Drive, Suite 200, USAF Academy, CO 80840-2315. Quotations received after this date and time will be considered late and will not be evaluated. The Government will not reimburse any interested parties for any monies spent to provide a response to this combined synopsis/solicitation. PERIOD OF ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTES: The Offeror agrees to hold the prices in its quotation firm for 45 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotations.
