After the Federal Government returns to normal operation this project may or may not be accessible due to adverse weather. 10/3 ALL ***** PROJECT : WY PRA YELL 10(17), Grand Loop Road, Norris to Golden Gate, Phase 1, Yellowstone National Park, Park County, Wyoming. LOCATION : 21 Miles S of Gardiner, Montana WORK : The work consists of grading, subexcavation, base, paving, drainage, and structure and other small items of work. Schedule B and D includes construction of a single span, 92-foot long precast girder bridge with cast-in- place concrete deck. Abutments are founded on spread footing. Piers are supported on spread footing. The work includes demolition of the existing concrete bridge upon completion of the new structure. LENGTH : Schedule A - 4.55 Miles, Schedule B - 4.85 Miles, Schedule C - 6.54 Miles, Schedule D - 6.84 Miles TENTATIVE COMPLETION DATE : Fall 2015. ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE : More than 20 million. NOTICE OF SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY - If you weren't determined technically acceptable or didn't submit a package to be a Yellowstone, Grand Teton & Surrounding Area MATOC contract holder, this is notice of potential subcontracting opportunities. WY PRA YELL 10(17), Grand Loop Road, Norris to Golden Gate, Phase 1 will be solicited as part of the price competition for the Yellowstone, Grand Teton, & Surrounding Area MATOC. The Request for Proposals, solicitation number DTFH70-13-R-00001 was issued on August 26, 2013 and can be found by copying and pasting the following link: https://www.fbo.gov/spg/DOT/FHWA/WFL/DTFH70-13-R-00001/listing.html. To respond to this solicitation as a prime contractor, you must have been determined technically acceptable during Phase I of the Yellowstone, Grand Teton, & Surrounding Area MATOC competition. This project is anticipated to be solicited Winter 2013/2014. This project will include 4 bid schedules. There will be four alternate schedules. Only one schedule will be awarded. PRELIMINARY PLANS and a letter with additional project information are in electronic format only and are posted with this synopsis. Registering at ADD TO WATCHLIST box insures notification when solicitation documents are posted. When solicitation documents are issued, the REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (specifications and plans) will be posted at this link. This paragraph announces possible financing available to small businesses. The three types of businesses that are eligible to receive a loan through this program are: (1) Firms that have received DBE certification from a state or local transportation agency; (2) Eligible small business firms; and (3) Firms that have received a disability rating by the Veteran's Administration and have certified themselves as a SDVOSB. Start-up businesses are not eligible to receive a STLP line of credit and should contact the SBA for information about other possible forms of financial assistance. (NOTE - This paragraph does not reserve this solicitation for these types of business): The Department of Transportation's (DOT) Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts. The Maximum line of credit is $750,000. The STLP loan has a variable rate, which is connected to the prime rate.
