Description
Solicitation Central Issue Facility and Class IX storage - Lawrenceville CSMS B - West Orange Unit Training Equipment Site Field Maintenance Shop - Vineland Field Maintenance Shop - Lawrenceville Field Maintenance Shop - Cape May Court House Field Maintenance Shop - Teaneck Statement of Work - Shelving The New Jersey Army National Guard (NJARNG) requires shelving storage systems and equipment for multiple locations in New Jersey. We intend to award to a Firm Fixed Price contract to a single vendor. Site visits will be conducted based upon request/confirmation of attendees. Site visits are planned for two locations on each date. The planned visit dates are as follows: Lakehurst/Lawrenceville 11 Feb, and Vineland/Cape May 13 Feb and West Orange/Teaneck 19 Feb. Each visit will start at 1000hrs with the location identified first on the respective day. We will proceed to the second location upon completion of the first visit for that day. See solicitation for location addresses. Requests to visit site(s) must be received NLT 12:00 PM the day prior to each visit. Requests for Information (RFI) NLT should be received NLT 25 February 2014. RFIs will be received in writing by email only to Charles.p.mcdonald2.mil@mail.mil. The procurement is 100% set aside for small business. The vendor must provide your small business certification from the System for Award Management (SAM). Contractors will provide the submitted proposal by mail to USPFO-NJ Purchasing and Contracting c/o LTC McDonald, 3601 Technology Drive, JBMDL, NJ 08640. The proposal will include, at a minimum: the solicitation with the pricing, a color catalog with product information and SAM certification. Proposal pricing must be good for 30 days. This solicitation will be awarded based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The evaluation includes price and compliance with the solicitation criteria. Period of performance will be four months after award of the contract Oral presentations may be conducted after the bid closing tentatively on 07Mar14, time TBD, if deemed necessary to expand on the ability to adequately evaluate the proposals. The proposals submitted must be complete and not depend on an oral presentation to meet specifications described.
