Description

The purpose of this special notice is to inform industry in advance that the Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) anticipates an issuance of a Pre-Solicitation Notice in regards to the EITSD Service Delivery Portfolio sometime between 15 March 2014 and 1st June 2014. This requirement is an outcome of the industry day and Request For Information (RFI) conducted in January- March of 2013 (See FBO RFI Posting "HQ0034-13-AVM01222013"). WHS/AD anticipates the utilization of FAR 15.202 Advisory Multi-Step Process in order to conduct sound market research and to have as much open communication with industry as possible for this complex requirement. The contracts listed below are associated with this requirement, but are not definitive as other contracts may be included in the new requirement: Task Order Company HQ0034-11-D-0001-0001 PowerTek (DUNS: 053362443) HQ0034-11-D-0001-0002 PowerTek HQ0034-11-D-0002-0001 NetCentrics (DUNS: 941130619) HQ0034-11-D-0002-0002 NetCentrics HQ0034-11-D-0002-0004 NetCentrics HQ0034-11-D-0003-0003 Digital Management Inc. (DUNS: 113512359) No Small Business size determination has been made at this moment, nor has the Government finalized its acquisition strategy. This notice serves to let all interested vendors know when to anticipate a Pre-Solicitation Notice for this requirement. In addition, WHS/AD anticipates to have an industry day to further detail this requirement. More information will be posted in the Pre-solicitation notice regarding the industry day. Absolutely NO TELPHONIC OR EMAIL requests in regards to this posting will be entertained.
