- DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS (VA) COMPETITION FOR EXISTING CLINIC LOCATION : The VA currently occupies 10,000 net usable square feet (NUSF) of warehouse space at 600 North Cassady Avenue, Columbus, Ohio. The lease expires on September 30, 2014. VA is conducting a competition for alternative space and will relocate the existing clinic if advantageous to the Government. The cost of moving, alterations, and other factors will be considered when determining whether to relocate. The space must be on no more than one floor, and provide 10,000 NUSF of space. Space can be provided by new construction or modification of existing space. A lease for up to 3 years with 7 one-year options will be considered. Occupancy required by October 1, 2014. Space within 6 miles to the Chalmers P. Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center will be considered. 420 N. James Rd Columbus, OH 43219 Offerors must provide evidence that properties are outside the 100-year flood plain. VA staff will conduct a market survey of properties offered for lease.
