Description: The objective of this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), multiple award task order contract is to acquire services to the USAFCOEFS in support of its mission to develop and produce training strategies, doctrine, concepts, instruction and products for the current and future force. The contract will be structured for maximum flexibility in providing for an expedited ordering process in order to satisfy the needs of USAFCOEFS and customers throughout TRADOC, U.S. Army DOD for long-range training concepts and strategies, doctrine, training development and support products. Approval shall be received from the assigned Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for using these contract(s) by entities other than USAFCOEFS. Specific regulations, directives, standard operating procedures (SOPs), etc. will be identified at the Task Order (TO) level.
