- LTC PROJECT RA14030007, NSN 1670-01-067-6838, Lowering Line Assembly, for an indefinite quantity contract with one, one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. The estimated annual demand quantity is 14777 each for the base period and option periods. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 4300 each for the base period only. The maximum contract quantity for the life of the contract is 143735 each for the base and option periods combined. Bidset information is available on the Internet via http: //RIC1S-C025.DSCR.DLA.MIL/TDMD. This requirement is for an Aviation Life Support Equipment; therefore, surplus offers will not be considered. The required production lead-time is 85 days after receipt of order (ARO). FOB at Destination with Inspection/acceptance at Origin. Option to extend terms of contract 48 months. Duration of contract period 60 months. Requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. Only offers from small business concerns will be considered. First Article Contractor test required. Configuration control applies. Higher-level quality inspection system required. Reverse Auction may be conducted for price negotiations. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
