Description
U.S. Government Expressions of Interest Sought General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: MT City: MISSOULA Delineated Area: North: E Spruce St, East: Washington St, South: E Front St, and West: Woody St. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 0.0 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 0.0 Space Type: Office (0 USF ABOA), Warehouse (0 USF ABOA), Storage (0 USF ABOA), Other (0 USF ABOA), Land (0 USF ABOA), Wareyard (0 USF ABOA) Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): 2 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 120 Firm Term: 12 Soft Term: 108 Option 1 Term: 0 Option 2 Term: 0 Additional Requirements: The space will be for surface, secured parking, and assigned for the exclusive use of the tenant agency. The secured parking requirement will be represented by a fenced or roll up gate entrance. All parking spaces shall be located within the fenced or gated area. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies Office (0 USF ABOA), Warehouse (0 USF ABOA), Storage (0 USF ABOA), Other (0 USF ABOA), Land (0 USF ABOA), Wareyard (0 USF ABOA) and related space in a building under lease in MISSOULA, MT. The current lease will be expiring 06/30/2014. The Government is considering relocating to alternative space, if such a move is determined to be economically advantageous to the Government. In making this determination the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that can potentially satisfy the Government’s requirements and the costs likely to be incurred through relocating; physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime.
