- THIS SOLICITATION REPLACES SPM7LX-14-X-0008 AS PREVIOUSLY PUBLICIZED ON OCT 31, 2013. NOTICE: The Government desires to award an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) contract as a result of this solicitation for a three year base and two single option years or until the aggregate total of all orders placed against the contract reaches $150,000 value. The award resulting from this solicitation will provide supply support to the Battery Supply Chain Initiative (SCI) Contractor pursuant to FAR Part 51, and may also provide direct supply support to the Government. *** DLA INTERNET BID BOARD SYSTEM (DIBBS) QUOTATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR THIS SOLICITATION. QUOTES MUST BE SUBMITTED ON A HARD COPY OF THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTE AND EMAILED TO NICHOLAS MADER AT NICHOLAS.MADER@DLA.MIL. Offerors are to submit quotes with pricing and delivery for all quantity ranges in accordance with the solicitation requirements to include packaging and a minimum 90 day quote validity period. The pricing provided will apply to all future delivery orders as a result of the IDPO award. Price adjustments for base years 2 and 3 will be adjusted using economic price adjustment in accordance with clause 52.216-9030. The IDPO contract will provide coverage for DLA orders for stock replenishment. Shipping locations within the United States will be specified on each individual delivery order. ***Estimated Annual Demand: 191 each. This is an estimate only and will not be purchased by the IDPO contract. The government's minimum obligation under the IDPO will be the quantity of the first delivery order. This minimum order quantity is inclusive of the entire contract period (three base years). In no event shall the government be obligated to place orders for additional quantities above the minimum under this agreement. ***Minimum quantity per order: 1 each ***Maximum quantity per order: 293 each CLIN 0001 NSN 6140-01-505-8691
