- Description
- The United States Government intends to award a new/replacing lease for USDA APHIS for a lease that is expiring in March 2015. The requirements include a minimum of 2,280 ABOA square feet of office space up to a maximum of 2,850 ABOA square feet. Approximately 800 square feet of warehouse space is included in the square footage requirements. Additional requirements include a minimum of 15,000 square feet of wareyard space to accommodate the following vehicles and equipment: ten (10) vehicles; three (3) thirty foot travel trailers; three (3) twenty foot car hauler trailers; two (2) ten foot ATV trailers; and one (1) John Deere Gator. The wareyard security fencing should be at least six (6) feet high, the wareyard perimeter should be monitored by the building alarm system, and there should be a small canopy in one portion of the wareyard to protect vehicles and equipment in the summer months. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The USDA APHIS requirements include nine (9) surface parking spaces. The lease term will be 10 years, 5 years firm. Owners and exclusive agents only. To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by February 28, 2014. The delineated area is bounded on the north by Kimberlina Road, then east to Highway 99, to Merced Avenue, south on Porterville Highway, to James Road, to Manor Street, to China Grade Loop, to Alfred Harrel Highway, to Fairfax Road, to Highway 178, south on Comanche Drive, then west on Panama Lane (southern boundary), then north on Buena Vista Road, to Stockdale Highway, to Allen Road, to Central Valley Highway which will intersect with Kimberlina Road and close the loop.
