- GAO Security Clause Attachment E.2, System Requirement Document Attachment E.1, Requirements Traceability Matrix Attachment B, RFP Question Matrix Attachment A, Statement of Objectives DRAFT RFP The purpose of this amendment is to release Draft RFP GAO-14-N-0011. This DRAFT RFP is not a solicitation and the Government is not requesting proposals. This presolicitation synopsis is for planning and information purposes only. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for any information solicited. This DRAFT RFP is being released to facilitate the development of the highest quality FINAL RFP. Accordingly, prospective offerors are invited to comment on all sections of the RFP including requirements, schedules, clauses, proposal preparation instructions and evaluation criteria. Prospective offerors are highly encouraged to identify areas of the DRAFT RFP that are unclear, ambiguous, or otherwise warrant additional information or clarification in the final RFP. Please find attached the Draft RFP and the following documents: Attachment A - Statement of Objectives Attachment B - RFP Question Matrix Attachment E.1- Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) Attachment E.2 - System Requirements Document (SRD) Attachment F - GAO Security Clause Attachments C & D are attached to the DRAFT RFP document.
