- The 410th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), Regional Contracting Center (RCC), Joint Base San Antonio - Fort Sam Houston, TX is amending this synopsis to post a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the attached five (5) Technical Exhibits associated with the draft PWS. The Government requests industry review and comment regarding the attached draft PWS. In addition, submit any questions to this Notice by February 13, 2014, 1:00 P.M. (C.S.T.) via e-mail to the Contract Specialist rebecca.s.veliz.civ@mail.mil, with a courtesy copy to velia.pier.civ@mail.mil. E-mails shall be titled with the Subject line as follows: Questions regarding PWS GTMO IT Services - RFP W912CL-14-R-0005. This draft document is subject to change at any time prior to issuance of the formal solicitation for W912CL-14-R-0005. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Notice to Industry: The current contract is W15P7T-06-D-E407/BD03. The incumbent is Viatech, Inc., 40 Christopher Way Eatontown, NJ 07724-1273. The following security requirements apply to the anticipated site visit: A site visit is tentatively scheduled for 11 March 2014. The contractors attending the site visit shall be required to have a SECRET Facility Clearance in order to attend the site visit. The registration for the site visit is now closed. Due to security reasons, all interested parties will be contacted with further registration and flight instructions. The Government anticipates releasing solicitation W912CL-14-R-0005, on or about February 28, 2014.
