- Information on CTSS-III Industry Days. The Communications Technical Support Services (CTSS)-III requirement for the Department of the Air Force Central Command has been transferred from Department of the Navy Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center - Atlantic to the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO)-Scott AFB, IL. CTSS III is anticipated to be a single award indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contract. DITCO anticipates releasing a draft request for proposal (RFP) in the November/December 2013 timeframe and the formal RFP released in the January/February 2014 timeframe with proposals due in the March/April 2014 timeframe. Anticipated award is expected in the third quarter of calendar year 2014. Attached to this notice are a draft version of the basic contract level Statement of Work and an attachment that outlines the anticipated task orders to be supported with the associated locations, tasks, descriptions, and clearance requirements. All questions/comments shall be submitted via email to Christopher Enriquez at christopher.m.enriquez.civ@mail.mil. The subject line of the email shall include: "Transfer of CTSS-III". Industry Day(s) to be held February 11, 2014.
