- MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office (WRCO), Tacoma, WA, intends to issue a firm fixed price order under FAR Part 6.302-1 to Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) in the estimated amount of $30,469.78 for the purchase of replacement parts for an ASP Sterilization Unit, Part Numbers 90036380001 and 4050554001. Advanced Sterilization Products has proprietary rights for all maintenance service, parts and repairs, which must be compatible with the existing Sterilization Unit currently located at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), WA. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for quote and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products' capabilities and specifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Contract Specialist, Ms. Jasmine L. DeVinney, jasmine.l.devinney.civ@mail.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
