- J&A for SAQMMA14C0045 Port Louis The purpose of this action is a Justification and Approval of the award of a sole source bridge contract to the incumbent contractor, Brinks Mauritius LTD. The purpose of this action is to provide required local guard services to the U.S. Embassy Port Louis, Mauritius. The Office of OVerseas Protective Operations under the Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS), along with AQM, has awarded a sole source bridge contract for local guard services at the U.S. Embassy Port Louis, Mauritius to the incumbent contractor, Brinks Mauritius LTD. The subject contract is for a base period of two (2) months with four (4) one month option periods.
