NAICS 237310 - Replace sections of asphalt roadway with concrete and design build to replace the canopy roof at the Main Port Building of the Land Port of Entry, US Hwy 281 at Canadian Border, Dunseith, North Dakota. Security clearances are required for all workers. Solicitation packages will be available on February 24, 2014. Work to be complete in 150 days after notice to proceed. Estimated range is $250,000 to $500,000. Bid, performance, and payment bonds are required. This solicitation may be available on the internet http://www.fbo.gov. To be eligible for award, contractor must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.SAM.gov. This procurement is set-aside for HUBZone.
