- Description
- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) California State Office has a requirement for THE RANDALL HENDERSON TRAILHEAD and PARKING LOT project, PALM DESERT, CALIFORNIA. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and material, to complete the work as described in the solicitations under attachment 2 - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be set-aside for Small Business under the NAICS classification code of 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, $14.0 M. Award will be based on BEST VALUE criteria available in the solicitation and one (1) award will result as a Firm Fixed Price contract. Closing date for the RFP is 4:30 pm (PDT), February 27, 2014. Period of performance 45 calendar days and the estimate start date is 3/24/2014. The Bureau of Land Management's Contracting Officer Representative (COR) will hold a Pre-Bid site tour, scheduled for February 4, 2014 at 9:30 am. Participants will meet at the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains National Monument Visitor Center, located on 51-500 Highway 74, Palm Desert, CA 92260.
