- US Government seeks to lease 2,000 USF of class A office space in the city limits of Marquette, MI. A Central Business District location close to the courthouse is preferred. If no space is suitable, then properties within the city limits of Marquette will be considered. The term of the lease will be ten years with five years firm. Offered office space must be contiguous on one floor. Basement locations or lower level office space will not be considered. Build-to-Suits will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire, life safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards, and security requirements per the terms of the lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain.
