- This is a presolicitation notice. The Government intends to aware a sole source purchase order for the commercial purchase of ENVI annual software maintenance renewal for the period of 1 March 2014 though 28 Feb 2015 to Exelis Visual Information Solutions, Inc. The North Amerian Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this rquirement is 541519; Other Computer Related Services with a size standard fo $25.5M. As the developer and sole distrubiro of ENVI products, modules, and associated maintenance, this purchase order will be awarded to Exelis Vusual Information Solutions, Inc. Located n Boulder, CO. The period of performance for this purcahse order is from 01 Mar 2014 to 28 Feb 2015. The Government plans to use the Internet and email as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging any information concerning this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Interested offerors should provide their company name, address, point of contact, Cage Code, phone and fax number, email address, and business size to cbreen@jwac.mil. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the System fo Award Management ( www.sam.gov ) under NAICS 541519; Other Computer Related Services. Additionally, offerors responding to this notice as a Small Business concern must be certified and qualified as a Small Business and registered in sthe System for Award Management ( www.sam.gov ) under NAICS 541519.
