- This is a pre-solicitation Notice of Intent. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to issue a solicitation for a firm-fixed price contract for sand, stone and gravel. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding. The Invitation for Bids (IFB) will be issued on or about 04 December 2013 via the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) web site https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/default.cfm to Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.fbo.gov. The IFB number is W91ZLK-13-B-0004; hard copies of the IFB will not be issued. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the Government Wide Point of Entry (GPE) for the IFB release and all subsequent amendments. This IFB will be issued as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVO). The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 212319. The details of the salients will be included in IFB W91ZLK-13-B-0004. All responsible sources are invited to submit a proposal which shall be considered by ACC-APG. This is NOT a solicitation.
