- GSA Public Building Services U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: DC City: Washington Delineated Area: West: 19 th Street, NW North: K Street, NW East: 14 th Street, NW South: E Street, NW Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 54,045 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 55,000 Space Type: Office and Related Spaces Parking Spaces (Total): 13 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 13 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: 19 additional parking spaces. The U.S. Government currently occupies 57,130 rentable Square feet (RSF) / 54,045 ANSI BOMA Office Area (ABOA) of office and related space and 13 parking spaces in a building under lease in Washington, DC, that will be expiring. The Government is considering whether to remain in its existing leased space or to relocate to alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest must be received in writing no later than 4:00 pm on February 21, 2014, and must include the following information in order to be deemed compliant and be eligible for further consideration: · Building name and address. · Building ownership information. · Space available, it's location within the building and its condition (shell or built-out). · Date of space availability. · Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. · Amount of parking available on-site and its cost - indicate whether the rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking. · List of building services and amenities provided, if any. The Government's decision regarding whether or not to solicit offers will be based, in part, on complete information received in response to this advertisement. In the event that your response to this ad fails to provide the required information, the Government reserves the right to assume that the building in question cannot meet the Government's requirements.
