- Solicitation Number: W91QV1-14-R-0001 Notice Type: Presolicitation Synopsis: Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Fort Belvoir, on behalf of the Fort Belvoir Directorate of Public Works (DPW) intends to issue a solicitation for a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract for services to provide Base Support Operations and Maintenance (BASOPS) services to Rivanna Station located near Charlottesville, Virginia. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) code is 561210 with a size standard of $35.5 million. This acquisition will be a competitive 100% 8(a) set-aside. The services performed under this requirement have been determined to be commercial in nature. The anticipated period of performance for this contract is a 12 month base period (30 day phase-in included), and four (4) one-year options. The source selection method for the solicitation will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The Government anticipates release of the solicitation on or about 19 February 2014, with a projected closing date of 04 April 2014. This solicitation and all amendments will be issued through the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and Federal Business Opportunities Website (FedBizOpps) at https://www.fbo.gov/. Offerors are required to check the above websites daily to be notified of any changes to this solicitation. These are projected dates and are subject to change. Hard/paper copies of the solicitation will not be provided. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps website to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. A site visit will be conducted on or about 28 February 2014 for this requirement. Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Representations and Certifications must be on record!
