- A small business set-aside solicitation will be issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Fort Worth District (SWF) for Park Cleaning and Mowing Services at Town Bluff/B.A. Steinhagen Lake, Woodville, TX. The solicitation will be posted on or about 22 February 2014. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform park cleaning and mowing services as defined in the performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with a 1 year base, and 2 option periods (option period 1 for 1 year and option period 2 for 1 year) and an estimate value between $250,000 and $500,000.
