- The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the 99TH RSC to be held in Hershey PA. The 99th RSC Event Package is for sleeping rooms. A Facility Assessment will consist of but not limited to cleanliness, security, amenities, ample parking and in the vicinity of Harrisburg, PA (and areas to the East) and Hershey Park, PA (and areas to the West) or another way of stating this is an 8 mile radius from Rutherford, PA using Google Maps. Areas west of Harrisburg, PA and east of Hershey Park will not be considered. The period of performance is 12 September 2014 through 14 September 2014, The Staff for this even will check in on 11 September 2014, the event will begin on 12 September 2014. This requirement 100% small business set-aside. This synopsis is provided for informational purposes and is not considered a request for quote. The solicitation will be posted on or about 14 February 2014. The required response date will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. Please be advised that hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available; you must download solicitation documents from the FBO. If you are interested in solicitation, when solicitation does become available, please submit via email. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code, and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code and register in the SAM may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror.
