Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, equipment, and material for the delivery of Brand Name Or Equal PATIENT BED TOTAL CARE, P/N AD155 Model ADVANTA 2 PACKAGE AD155 in accordance with attached SOLICITATION. ALL VENDORS MUST SUBMIT A COMPLETED SOLICITATION AND ATTACHMENT 1 OF THE SOLICITATION. NON SUBMITTAL WILL RESULT IN A DISQUALIFICATION OF YOUR OFFER.
