- FCI FAIRTON THIRD QUARTER SUBSISTENCE FY 2014 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correction Institution, Fairton, New Jersey, intends to issue solicitation RFQP02041400005 for the requirement of Third Quarter Subsistence FY 2014 (Kosher, Meat, Frozen, and Dry). This is a 100 % small business set aside. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery on April 01, 2014 thru April 18, 2014. Any items shipped prior or after will be returned at vendor's expense. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 655 Fairton-Millville Road, Fairton, New Jersey 08320, in accordance with the delivery schedule contained in the solicitation. The contract type will be a firm and fixed price. The Government will award to the Most responsible Vendor(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past Performance (POOR PAST PERFORMACE, FAILURE TO DELIVER AWARDED ITEMS IN THE PAST, MAY RESULT WITH THE VENDORS QUOTES BEING CONSIDERED A NONRESPOSIBLE VENDOR) and price will be considered. Please included shipping in all pricing. Piggy back offers will be considered Non-Responsive. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 06, 2014 and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of this solicitation will not be made available. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is February 24, 2014 COB. Faith based organizations and Community based organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. DO NOT CHANGE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE SOLICITATION OR QUOTE WILL BE CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE. FCI FAIRTON RESERVES THE RIGHT UPON INSPECTION TO RETURN THE ITEM/S IF THEY ARE DAMAGED OR NOT TO SPECIFICATIONS AS LISTED IN THE SOCLITATION.
