- Attachment B - HSFE90-14-Q-0008 Attachment A - HSF90-14-Q-0008 Request for Quote - HSFE90-14-Q-0008 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Corps member training for FEMA's Response Branch, Incident Workforce Management Division. The Contractor shall provide conference facility space, lodging, and food in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) located in the RFQ - HSFE90-14-Q-0008 document. The NAICS code utilized for this procurement is 721199-All other Traveler Accomodations, the Small Business size standard is $7,000,000.00. This solicitation is full and open and is in accordance with FAR 12.6 and FAR Part 13.5.
