- PPQ PWS NATO UAB Solicitation This requirement is to provide round trip cargo/freight ground transportation service to pick-up and deliver NATO Unaccompanied Baggage shipments between selected sites to include Istanbul, Incirlik AB, Ankara, and Izmir Turkey. The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, standard service vehicles, tools, material, supervision, insurance, and training as necessary to pick-up and deliver NATO Unaccompanied Baggage at the selected sites mentioned in the above paragraph. Attached to this notice is a solicitation with instructions for offerors wishing to submit a proposal for this requirement. There are also attachments for the Performance Work Statement and Past Performance Questionnaire for the offerors review. All questions need to be submitted by 10 February 2014. Please utilize the point of contact information within this announcement as well as the attached solicitation for submitting questions. It is imperative that any offeror that is interested in submitting a proposal on behalf of this solicitation follow the exact instructions outlined in the Addendum to 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors provision. There will be a pre-proposal conference held on 11 February 2014. Please review the solicitation for details.
