Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-72. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for furnishing commercial items. The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting proposals under solicitation number VA786-14-R-0086 for the following cemetery: Chattanooga National Cemetery 1200 Bailey Avenue Chattanooga, TN 37404 PH: (423) 855-6590 POC: Deborah Kendrick, Director This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 325314, Size Standard is 500 Employees. The Contractor shall deliver the following items to the cemetery address above, FOB Destination on an as-needed basis. The government will contact the Contractor by phone or email to schedule deliveries. All deliveries shall be completed within fifteen (15) calendar days ARO.
