Description

Amendment #3 (all previous amendment inclusive) Sharp 1118H Precision Toolroom Lathe Solicitation N00421-14-T-0132 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase request on a full and open competitive basis, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Request is set-aside for Total Small Business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. The requirement is for Sharp Precision Tool room Lathe, Model number 1118H. Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. This can be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm If product is originating from overseas, the country of origin must be in compliance with Trade Agreements Act. "TAA compliant" must be annotated on the proposal. Solicitation will close on 18 February 2014 at 1200 EST. The Government will not pay for any information received.
