The Bureau of Engraving and Printing intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA's) for rotary print services. BPA Calls will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. Capability statements are requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis/solicitation reference number is BEP-RFQ-14-0403. BPA calls will be competed among the active BPA holders to obtain the best price for the Government. Prices shall be no more than current prices that are provided to their most valued customers, but may be discounted further in the pricing quote for Calls.
