- Amendment 2 dated 10 Feb 2014 Amendment 2 dated 10 Feb 2014 added. Responses to Questions dated 10 Feb 2014 added. Amendment 1 dated 31 Jan 2014 added. Solicitation dated 29 Jan 2014 added. The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to procure a contract where prospective offerors are required to provide non-personal services for Test Administrator services at the Base Education and Training offices on Joint Base Andrews MD and the Pentagon, in accordance with the specifications and attachments that will be identified in the solicitation. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710 and the small business size standard is $7.0 million. This requirement will be 100% set aside for small business. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 28 January 2014 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), in order to be eligible for award.
