- ****ATTENTION**** FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO: Victorita Bailey. You may FAX or mail your request ATTN: CCAM-CH-A, Fax Number 256-876-9066. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. PRON: 2R3BK4042R. Establish on the Basic Ordering Agreement W58RGZ-04-G-0023, providing a replacement Flight Control Computer (FCC) component design for the purpose of integration within the Digital Automatic Flight Control System (DAFCS) on CH-47 Cargo Helicopters, to the Program Management Office (PMO) for CH-47F Platform helicopter with The Boeing Company. This includes all labor, engineering services, personnel, data, communication, transportation, equipment and materials. Authority for this action is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1). This item is restricted to The Boeing Company, CAGE Code 77272. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can provide the required service described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
