- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to extend a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) on a sole-source basis for three years under Basic Ordering Agreement N68335-12-G-0048 and all subsequent orders with C3I, Inc. of Hampton, NJ. These orders will be for the procurement of hardware, Next Generation Visual Landing Aid (NGVLA) components, system verification efforts, supporting documentation, and services for the Aviation Lighting System Control Panel Set (ALS-CPS) in support of the Joint Strike Force (JSF) office and air capable ships. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not possess rights to the data to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
