- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Massachusetts City: Worcester Delineated Area: Point of beginning (POB) at the intersection of Highland Street and Park Avenue; east on Highland Street until an intersection with Belmont Street; continue on Belmont Street until an intersection with Interstate 290; south on I-290 until an intersection with Cambridge Street; west on Cambridge Street until an intersection with Mill Street; north on Mill Street until an intersection with Park Avenue; north on Park Avenue to POB. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,752 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,840 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: •· Space shall be contiguous on one floor. •· Space shall be on the 2 nd floor or higher, but not the top floor.
