Description

Synopsis: Please note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 3 of the Department of Veterans Affairs is currently conducting a market survey for qualified firms capable of "Upgrading Existing CIC Telemetry Software & Equipment" at the New Jersey Healthcare System (NJHCS) located at 385 Tremont Avenue, East Orange, NJ 07018. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, material, parts, installation (if required), replacement & upgrades of all equipment and software on the previous GE brand CIC telemetry software & equipment. All software and hardware upgrades must be compatible and interface with the existing GE APEXPRO telemetry monitors and the GE CARESCAP Network. Below is a list of items that should be included in the upgrade: CIC Patient Mngt w/ ADT Admit Opt - Part # CIC-PM-ADT-SW-B CIC V5.X Ato Model includes MP100D replace hardware desktop server Patient Mngt w/ ADT pick list Cord PWR 125V 6ft STR Review w/FD page + RT-trends Kit MNLS CIC V5.1.1 MP100 English Kit CIC V.5X keyboard & mouse CIC V5+ ship along training CD Apexpro full arrhythmia option Insist2.0: on-dmd digital service (warranty) The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 339112. Responses to this notice must be submitting in writing (email or fax) and must be received not later than February 19, 2014 at Noon. Email: charnell.cunningham@va.gov and Fax: 718-741-4722. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Interested parties MUST provide company/individual name, a capability statement, examples of same or similar work performed at other facilities, DUNS number and address, point of contact and social-economic. Interested parties who do not submit the above information on or before the response due date and time will not be considered for this procurement. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification/socioeconomic status (service-disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, women owned small business, HUB Zone, 8(a), small business or large business), relative to NAICS 339112. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on Federal Business opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement.
