- The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Moffett Field is issuing a Source Sought Notice to determine if there are any Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (Hubzone), Small Business (SB) that can provide custodial services for Nevada 008, the Sloan United States Army Reserve Center (USARC) located at 13825 Hinson Road, Sloan, NV 89054. The Period of Performance of the Base Year begins on/about May 1, 2014 through April 30, 2015 plus four (4) Option Years. Summary of Work: The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervisions, tools, transportation, supplies and materials to accomplish the custodial services described herein at the Sloan USARC. All areas will be services based on the Frequency Task List in the Performance of Work. An estimated 50,863.00 square feet will be maintained. All area measurements provided by the government are estimated only. The contractor is responsible for verifying all measurements and square footage provided on plans and task listings. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The proposed NAICS code is 561720 Janitorial Services and the business size standards is $16.5 million. At this point in the procurement process the MICC Moffett Field is performing market research to determine the interest of SDVOSB, VOSB, Hubzone, 8(a), WOSB and SB.
